Project Management Template with Gantt Schedule creation
The Project Management template by Business Spreadsheets allows the setting of project and participant information which can be used to define task details. Task start and end times are calculated automatically based on participant productivity levels specified, availability due to other tasks, task dependencies and working hours. Defined tasks flow through to a Gantt schedule chart which can be displayed in days, weeks or months. Participant and capital costs are summarized for each period in the Gantt schedule. Project status is monitored in real time via earned value analysis based on both planned and actual progress information.
